Lisa and Lori: I'm so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Dave told me about it and sent me the notice that was in the Tribune. She was like my 2nd mom. I think of you often.

Lori,
I just heard about your mother. She was such a special lady. I remember when I worked with her at the Library. She always had a smile on her face. My prayers are with you and your family.

I justed wanted to let you know that i wish i could be there this weekend, however i will be spending time with grandma in the hospital and i'm sure we will talk about aunt Norma and how much fun she was, and how she is probally so happy now that she is back with uncle ken! I will miss her and the big hugs she always had for me everytime i saw her! Heaven just got one of the best angels they could ever ask for and i feel lucky to have her looking down on me!

Lori, Sloane and family.. My prayers are with you. Your mother was always so positive and smiling when all of you came into the mall, and when I'd see her at the libray.

Darlene and I express our deepest sympathy's for Norma's family. I remember her so well and our prayers are with all her family and our friends at the Library. Don and Darlene Crynes

Norma was a wonderful person and a wonderful boss. She not only taught me the library business, but she taught me and many others to love it.

Lori and Lisa, In case I can't come to the funeral home, know that my prayers are with you. My Mom can't be there (ask Phyliis) but she sends her condolences too. Phyllis kept us updated on Norma. I remember your Mom as a busy, warm, caring person.

Norma was the best boss I ever had. She was always understanding and willing to listen. I saw her frequently during her illness and she always told me she was doing fine. She was so brave. To say she was a wonderful person would be an under-statement.

Norma was the best, most understanding boss anyone could ever have wished for. We developed a rare friendship during my time learning with her and I'll treasure her memory forever.
