Norma HUBER Obituary
With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Norma Jean Huber after a brief illness. Norma is survived by her son Dave (Kathy) Huber and daughter Bonnie (Jeff) Persic; sisters Jan and Louise; brothers Don and Jimmie; sister-in-law Ella Stewart and many extended family members. She was predeceased by her Mother and Father, Jean and Ernest Taylor; sisters Sandra and Jeannie; brother Gerald; and husband of 29 years, Harold Huber. Norma's career took many different paths, from a self-employed business woman to Regional District Manager of a telecommunications company. On her retirement, she channeled her passion and energy to her volunteer work with the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation and at Saskatoon International Airport. A small informal Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home (east down 8 Street, first right past Briargate Rd.) In lieu of flowers, Norma has requested donations to be made to an animal charity of your choice or to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation (1738 Quebec Avenue, Unit 26 Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7K 1V9). Arrangements entrusted to Samantha Cheal.

I am truly shocked - Norma was a part of the Airport Ambassador Program at the Saskatoon Airport as noted in the annoucement. Norma was a lovely lady and very passionate about volunteering we were sad when she left the program and are saddened to hear of her passing.
