My heart is saddened for your loss. Norma was an amazing woman and I learned alot from her. I will miss her and it was an honour to be a part of her life. I am sorry that I was unable to attend her funeral. I got hit with a flu bug. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

I am saddened by the news of Norma's passing but take comfort from having had the opportunity to know her, even if for but a brief period. Through her work she helped many people have a better work life.

The Shier family will always hold a special place in my heart. I'm thinking of you during this difficult time. Norma forms part of many special memories and will always be remembered and missed.
