Norman taught me to be a fireman. He taught me how to take my job seriously, yet maintain a sense of humor in it. He was a good man in a world where they are getting harder to come by. I will miss his familiar greeting: "Hey, Aaron New-Gene!" God bless the family, and rest in peace Norman.

I'm so deeply sorry to hear about Norman. He was the best neighbor and freind that I could have ever ask for. My heart goes out to Rita and family at this time and always.
