Our deepest sympathy to the Moore family. We lived on the same street with him for over 30 years and he was the nicest man. He was always friendly and knew everyone in the neighborhood. He was always willing to help the neighborhood kids with anything - he used to fix their bicycle chains and show them how to oil their bike. He will be missed by everyone.

My sister, Beth Ann and I grew up across the street from Mr.Moore. We also went over there as kids and sledded down his hill. We also loved to pull pranks on him, like calling him on the phone and hiding his lawn chairs. He was a really good sport. He would call back making duck calls on the phone. He was so good to all of us kids. He will be sorely missed. My most fondest memories of Mr. Moore are the silly ones. He was great! I am so sorry for your loss. He will always be remembered in our hearts! God Bless you, and God Bless Mr. Moore! Love, Missy

Mike and I are lost without Norm. We miss him so much. He was at our house two or three times a day. He walked with Mike every night for years. We would always make sure we had a good snack at night for Norm! We have so many, many memories of Norm. Because Mike and I both lost our fathers when we were young, we became to feel like Norman was our father figure. He was always there to help us - bringing his screwdriver, hammer, or shovel or whatever - he was always there for us. We were with Norman the night he left for the hospital in the ambulance - the last time he was in his home. I never thought that he would never come back when I locked the door that night.

Norm was many things to many people -- we will miss him always.

We have very fond memories of Norm, being his neighbor for twenty-eight years. He was a kind person. Roy and Norm would listen to march music together, which is what they both liked to hear. Roy and Norm drove school bus after they retired from their regular jobs. They had a lot to talk about. He will be missed a lot. We have lost a good neighbor and friend. God bless you, Norm.

To the Moore Family,

Words cannot express the loss Mike and I feel since Norman passed away. We had such high hopes that he would return to our neighborhood and be our good friend just like always.

Mike and I both lost our fathers at a very early age so Norm has been like our father figure all these years. Any time we needed help, there was Norm with his hammer, or screwdriver, or shovel or whatever, he always was there for us. We were with Norman the night he left for the hospital - the last time he was ever in his home. I am glad that we could be with him that night. We miss him so much -- our sympathy to the family and all of his friends. We have lost a great friend.

I have very fond memories of Norman while growing up in Sewickley. He was a kind, gentle, and thoughtful man. Although I have lost touch over the years with the Moore family, I have thought of Norman on many occasions. May he rest in peace.
