I worked with Norm for several years on various projects but what I remember most was his personal passion for flying and the service he so freely gave to his community. We will all miss Norm.

I knew Norm from our time on active duty working in the TACC at Scott AFB. Norm was always one of the friendliest people and the most helpful. A dedicated citizen who faithfully served his country. A true patriot. Rest in peace Norm.
