I was sorry to hear about Norms passing. I worked at AEP and spent time with Norm when I dropped off samples at the lab. Norm was always eager to help me and very knowledgeable about what lab tests I should run. But more important were the talks we had about everyday events and ways to change. I liked him. He was a good guy.
