Dear Donna and Family,
There are no words to describe your loss or to express our sympathy for you and your family. Norman was a kind and loving man with a warm sunny smile. He had a heart of gold and was wildly generous with everyone in every way. He cherished you and your entire family, which includes your parents and your sister Karen. Donna, there was no greater source of pride for him than you, your children and grandchildren. The happy memories of a family friendship, especially in the early lives of our children, will always be special to me. We had so much fun, and they were good times to remember. May your loving memories comfort you now and in the future. We are sorry for your loss.
