Dear Jeanne and Bob,
My first job was working for your dad. He was my greatest mentor and helped me tremendously over the past 27 years. He was truly one the "greats". I will miss him.

Dear Marv and family: Norm was one of the great ones. His contribution to the growth of the savings and loan industry was immeasureable. He was very helpful to me during the difficult times at Talman.May he rest in peace.

Dear Jeanne and Bob:
Although Elaine and I have expressed our condolences by other means, we want to be a part of the record of those who pay respects and tribute to your father. Norm was an inspiration, a mentor, a boss and best of all, a dear friend for many years. I shall miss him and be grateful to him as long as I live. Elaine and I are so glad to have known your father and mother and to have shared as so many did in their splendid life.
Fondly,
Dale Bottom and Elaine

Sad times. Bill and I are so sorry to hear about Norm. This marks the end of a very special relationship between our parents. We loved him. He and Marion will be in our hearts always. Please accept our sympathy. Love, Lynn Rapp

Dear Bob and Jeanne,
My sincere sympathy on the loss of your dad. Mr. Strunk has a special place in my heart. Of course, I remember him and your mom fondly from the old Pot Luck Group. Your dad also allowed me to work for six summers at the Savings and Loan League, and I'm pretty sure there was only an actual summer job for one of those summmers. He was so kind to me, and the regular people I worked with were very impressed that he stopped by to welcome me personally every summer. He was a wonderful person, and I'm sure he will be remembered and missed by many people.
