I had the honor to work for Norm at both Wells Fargo and BofA. A stand up guy who I respected as if he was my own dad. Still remember him telling me and Leonard how much he wanted our softball team to win the tournament, you could see it in his eyes. I will treasure my memories of him, till we meet again my friend..

Norm came to Seattle to manage the collection department and the loan servicing call center in early 2000. He was embraced by all who worked under him. A wonderful man and leader. Norm enjoyed hearing about his employees' families and soon he was invited to family birthday parties, graduations and weddings. Norm had a dry sense of humor which not everyone picked up on. When I lost my son he called and wept with me. I am sad for Robbie who made his life complete, and his sister and nephew. Norm will be missed.

My cousin was a special man. He was kind, gentle, and riotously funny. His humor was very dry, but I loved the wry grin on his face when he knew he'd gotten off a real zinger. I wish we had spent more time together. I will miss him.
Rest In Peace Norman, and know how much you're missed. You took a piece of each of us with you when you left.

This was one Wonderful man and Manager. He helped me take my time as a single mom of three , to transfer and move to the Rancho loan center from Fresno.
He not only was so knowledgeable in management of the center, but of all the employees. Norm's door was always open to any of us and believe me he listened very well.
He will be dearly missed and I'm sure he's already chatting it up with my Billy and Karen and several others.

Norm was a great leader; I loved working for him; He was like a Father to all of his and even after he retired, he kept up with us; always interested in our lives, successes and careers. He truly cared about his staff. I will never forget his kindness, wisdom and advice; I loved this man and I agree, everyone should have a Norm in their lives. Rest in Peace; you were truly loved and admired. I will miss our daily Words with Friends games!!

Today was my last visit with Norm. I spent about an hour with him just talking and reading my letter I wrote for him to take with him. You will be in my dreams and in my heart forever.

Really loved my career at Bank of America. Working in "Collections" was my favorite job and Norm Wegard was my Boss! The Man with few words, but his look would tell you everything you needed to hear! He will be missed!

What a Person, Man, Father-like Figure. Everyone should have a Norm in their LIFE. He was and always be an INSTITUTION!!! He was a very close friend. Dinners every other month and parties at his house. He love his dear wife, Robbie very deeply. He loved his animals. He was just talking about his chickens a couple of weeks ago. If he liked you, you could tell. But he liked almost everyone. He was great Manager. He talked on the same level never tried to to show his superiority. But you knew where you could go. He always looked forward to our dinners that we had with the staff of his collection department. When is the next one? That was his parting question as we ended the last dinner 3 weeks ago. I will miss him dearly
