Noyma Appelbaum

It was a gift to know and work with Norma. I met him when he came to work at WAC. We also enjoyed several meals at his restaurant. I´m certain that his memory will live on. Lois Rosenfeld Urkowitz

I worked at JEVS with "Doc" from `87 to `89. Please know that what I learned from him stay with me throughout my life. He was kind and compassionate. A true mensch. And he made it look so easy.
