Arthur Logins Jr.

Arthur Lewis Logins, Jr. was born on November 7, 1946, in Newberry, South Carolina. He proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard during the Vietnam Era. Arthur grew up in Huntington Beach, California, and later lived in Plymouth, Massachusetts, for many years before relocating to Katy, Texas. Arthur passed away in a Katy hospital on Monday, March 26, 2012, at the age of 65 years. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Karen Logins; daughters, Kathy Logins and Cindy and husband Avi Kumar; grandchildren, Tiffany Ducummon, Nikolai Kumar and Karina Kumar; mother, Helen Logins, and brothers, Stephen Logins, David Neal and Arvis Neal. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Logins; and by his mother, Juanita Ellis. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 30, 2012, at St. Pauls Episcopal Church, in Katy, Texas, with The Rev. Robert Wareing officiating.
