Robert A. Arquette, 59, born November 1, 1956, and passed away January 24, 2016. He began working at Sprague's Produce Stand in Oregon, OH, in 1974 he graduated from DeVilbliss HS. He served St. Lucas Lutheran Church as an usher and coached youth athletics. He was a respected advocate for the mentally ill and worked tirelessly to increase awareness of mental illness and to improve mental health programs. Robert will be remembered for his kind heart and his passion to improve the quality of life for the mentally ill. As published in The Blade

I played softball with Bob for the St Lucas Oxen and also dartball years later. Bob was a good man who served God and his church.
