Beverly Rees Obituary
1927-2018
Salt Lake City, Utah-Beverly Jane Rees, age 90, passed away peacefully at her home on August 28, 2018. Beverly was born December 16, 1927 in Beaver, Utah, to Roland Smith Reese and Rosetta Patterson. She spent many years as a seamstress doing school and cheerleader uniforms as well as wedding dresses. She held various church callings throughout her life. She married Robert Pettit Rees on June 19, 1954, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert. Survived by their children Janet (Rees) Erskine, Bobette (John Michaelis), David Rees (Juli), and Joyce Rees. She was blessed with 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 30, from 7-8 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, August 31. All services and internment will be at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S Highland Drive. www.dignitymemorial.com

Our condolences to the family. Beverly was proud of her pioneer ancestors. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and joined in 1991.
