Denise Lynette "Tinky" Johnson

DENISE LYNETTE "TINKY" JOHNSON (nee Greene), age 36, of N. Royalton, formerly of Cas-talia, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, at her home. Born Dec. 19, 1970 in Sandusky. A 1990 graduate of Margaretta High School. She was employed as a home health care nurses' aide. She was devoted to her family, and donated one of her kidneys to her son, Brodey. She also enjoyed planning family gatherings. Denise is survived by her husband, Christopher Johnson, whom she married on Aug. 28, 1999; her son, Brodey Johnson; her parents, James and Linda (nee Wendt) Greene of Castalia; her sister, Tonya Green of Minneapolis, MN; aunts, Diane (Elmer) Bartels of Huron, Doris (Herb) Abel of Columbus, and Joan (Ace) Griffaw of Clam Lake, WI; father-in-law, Dr. Lowell Johnson of Huron; sister-in-law, Re-becca (Jeff) Ferguson of Clyde; three nephews and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Carolyn (nee Kloss) Johnson; maternal grandparents, Glen and Rose (nee Martin) Wendt; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Esther (nee Leidof) Green; and her aunt, Jean Francis. Private family services will be conducted with the Rev. David Brown of The Chapel officiating. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron. GROFF FUNERAL HOME, 1607 E.
