May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Dear Teresa and Family,
My condolences to you and your family. I will always remember your Mom coming into the Post Office. We always talked about you when she came to do her mailing. She would always get so excited when she knew you were coming home for a visit. I missed her short visits once her health got the best of her. She was such a kind and loving lady. May God give you all the much needed Strength you will need at this very difficult time in all your lives. May her soul rest in peace.
Bless, Louise Siracky ( Canada Post)

To the Diachuk families:

Our most heartfelt thoughts are with you on the loss of your mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a very special lady, always thoughtful of others.

Her amazing faith in the Heavenly Father is an example to all of us.

She is a wonderful reminder of what a full life is about.

We were unable to stay for lunch but enjoyed seeing all the family.

Eternal Memories

Fr. Isidore Dziadyk, OSBM, Carl & Vie Dziadyk and the Dziadyk Family

April 12, 2016

May the peace that comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead. Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. When I returned from Rome, and the old St. Basil's was my first church, Ollie and Bill (newly weds at that time, 55 years ago), were a tremendous help and support in fund raising for the new St. Basil's we now have today, as well as numerous organizations within as well as outside the Church. Fr. Isidore Dziadyk will have mass for Ollie tomorrow at St. Nicholas Church in Winnipeg. Xrystos Voskres!

To the soul of Your Servant Olga, O Christ, grant rest among the saints, where there is no pain, no sorrow, no mourning, but only life without end.

Dear Lynda, Kenny, Laryssa, Will and family; we are so very sorry to hear of the loss of your dear Mom & Baba. She is no doubt dancing with Gido and Doug now. Baba was such a strong, beautiful, and warm lady. May you find comfort in knowing how many of our lives she touched, and how many of us are thinking of you all during this very difficult time. Our love and deepest sympathies, Ryan & Karen xoxo

Deepest sympathies and prayerful condolences to you all at the passing to Eternity of your dear mother and babusia! Bill and Ollie were dear friends and I promise to always remember them and all of you in my prayers. I sang with the choir at Bill's funeral but, unfortunately, I will be able to attend Ollie's. Orest and Evelyn Ewaneshen were kind enough to take a message from me to your mom, shortly before she broke the bonds of this world. Vichnaya pam'yat! Xrystos voskres!

To Ollie's family. I would like to send my deepest sympathies and condolences. The loss of a mom can leave a big hole in our hearts, but this hole will slowly be filled with all the wonderful memories you will have of her. Anytime I met with Mrs. Diachuk over the years, she always showed a generous amount of kindness, always wore a smile on her face and was genuinely interested in what was happening in your life. What wonderful traits to bestow upon someone who was just a friend of one of her children. She was a very dear lady and I am sure she will be missed by her family.

Down south, Ollie would be called a "Steel Magnolia". She was gracious, kind, interesting, and interested. She never stopped learning and she was sharp to the end. She was a lady in the true sense of the word. She dressed beautifully and loved being enveloped in beautiful clothing and jewelry. But more importantly, she loved her family. And she was so strong that you could feel it underneath the softness of her demeanour. Her core was of steel and when she lost loved ones she kept marching forward because that is what needed to be done...despite the pain and sorrow. And she did so with grace and dignity. I loved her. I loved the way she always greeted me warmly and asked how I was doing. And It wasn't just pleasantries with Ollie, she really did want to know! I shared talk and food with her and our friendship and love grew. I am so glad to have had time to get to know my mother-in-love before her passing. I will take her love and strength forward in my life and hope to be as strong a woman as she was.
