This is truly heartbreaking Dr. Salako was my real life hero. I was 19 when Ifirst met him and pregnant I was told by another Dr that I was at risk my mom decided to take me to her Doctor Dr Salako Once he seen me he told me all is fine with confidence May 96 I had my daughter and in 2001 I had a healthy baby boy in which Dr Salako delivered too he also delivered my baby sister he was our family Doctor he was a caring and kind individual with answers to your questions and if he didn't know it he would find out immediately I am really sadden. To his family I'm truly sorry he was a great Doctor and a GREAT MAN and too Estella and Brenda I'm truly sorry y'all might not remember me but I remember you ladies stay Bleesed!

Once again just letting you know I'm feeling sad just remembering all these great memories you left me,it has really been a pleasure working with you. I miss you so much, I wish you were here. It's been so hard these past few years and moving forward. I been working in another clinic and things have changed so much. It's had to find good and very dedicated doctor like you were, you were so caring and had a lot of patience you always went that extra mile for people. Now days seems like no one cares. I miss you so deeply. I really hope your looking down on me and your loved ones to give us the boost we need. Just feeling sad your not here. R.I.P Dr. Salako just know your so missed.. :( ,

Another year has passed and I still miss you like it was yesterday you left us. Thou I moved on I still have difficulty finding myself without you.So much has changed and harder for me to adjust. I miss you so much, I find myself talking about you to my new coworkers and Staff they often tell me they feel they known you for along time through me. I have contempated my dear, dear friend and colleague, Sheggy. I was so saddened by your premature life transition when I learned of it months after you were burried. I have had a difficult time with accepting the fact I did not know of your passing and therefore, not having been at the service with all your family and friends to memorialize your home-going. I am so honored to have known you in this life and shared some stresses such the U of I Medical School time with you. God bless your extending family in their endeavors. You are truly missed. I will make my visit to your burial site to pay my respects early September. Du bist ein Mench.
