Opal N. Jones, 83

Mrs. Opal N. Jones, 83 of Mountain Home passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was born October 23, 1929 in Colorado to Chet and Beatrice Snyder Harris. She married William Worth Jones. She was a member of the Arkana Baptist Church.

She is survived by 3 sons: Raymond L. (Vickie) Jones of Calico Rock, Bill R. (Anita) Jones of Mountain Home and Dwayne W. (Toni) Jones of Norfork; 4 grandchildren: Levi Jones, Wesley Jones, Brian Jones and Quinton Jones; 4 sisters: Iva Lee Cantrell of Mountain Home, Iola Hutchinson of Mountain Home, Bernita Coy of Mountain Home and Beulah Deaver of Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William Worth Jones and a sister, Sylvia Callaway.

Visitation will be from 12 until 9 PM Monday, November 12, 2012 at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 until 8 PM. A funeral service, conducted by Brother Manuel Macks will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Roller Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Arkana Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Arkana Baptist Church, 10919 Highway 201 South, Mountain Home, AR 72653

I have known Opal Jones for 11 years. Her grandson Brian Jones is my son-in-law. She was a warm and kind person. My heart goes out to all her family
and friends. She will be missed.
