Samantha and family, Ora was our light of day at the Kidney Foundation Call Centre. Always there early with the coffee ready for the ladies and the odd man we might have. She was our Mother, loving and always cheerful no matter how she was feeling. The best was when we had our parties especially the themed ones. I have many pictures of her outfits. Always dressed up including heels. A lady never to be forgotten.
With heartfelt sympathies to Ora's family from all of us who knew Ora during those years we worked in the call centre.

To Ora's Family: I met Ora at the Kidney Foundation: I have a special image of Ora in fishnet stockings and high heeled shoes....a persona she created for a story for a young lady whose father was dying of leukemia.Ora loved to help Others. Ora loved her bird. Ora loved fireworks. Ora loved her family.
It was my privilege to have met her.
To her family I extend my heartfelt sympathies. Although I doubt Ora would want anyone to waste a whole lot of good living on sad remembering.

Just so no one gets confused, Janice Johnson is my adopted virtual online Sister, we met over 9 years ago online and we adopted each other as Sisters and since I am older she always called me Big Sister and I called her my Little Sister ... why you may ask ... why does anyone ask why people become friends ... we became sister's easily ... and we have shared moments that I have never shared with another. Thank you Janice for leaving a heartfelt moment for my real life mom ... when both Mom and I have known how much it meant for you to lose both your parents at such a young age. Mom always said you were wonderful ... Bless you "SIS" forever more ... Love you dearly

My Dearest Mother;

Many have called you their Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, Friend, and Love but not many have called you, everything!

Mother I do call you … My Everything!

I have heard a million times over what you have called me from the mouths of absolute strangers, friends, our loving relatives and so others who loved you so.

I have shared in conversations with these lovely people and the special terms of endearment you left, alone for me to hear, you have touched my heart forever more. They make me fly, so high, that I really don’t want to come back down to earth, cause I want to touch you in heaven where you are now. Mother you elate me with your heartfelt love and devotion, to those who have shown you the truth, and stuck by you through thick and thin, throughout all of your years. Like a marriage vow... until death due us part … My Mother … My Best Friend … My Heart … I know God has Blessed and laid your body to rest … but, I know your “Soul” which we so loved, shall always be with your friends, loved ones and me forever … we will never part.

I AM YOUR ANGEL

Standing by, wondering and praying about the life of a dear friend
Knowing her sorrow, her emotions, and the hand I want to lend
Feeling helpless and sad over a broken heart I surely can’t mend
Only God has that power, and to you the message he will send
That your BEAUTIFUL mother in his presence will attend
Peace and comfort to Samantha knowing this is not the end
For now her mother’s spirit to the heavens will ascend

The passing of a dear family member, a life never forgot
The precious times together, the love and the lessons taught
Only the love from a mother that every child has sought
Her daughter Samantha was the precious gift that God brought
To brighten her life, with love and happiness, all timeless in thought
Father time has now taken her, but by God she will be caught
For God knows this mother was loved by Samantha, by Samantha a lot

My condolences
Your dear friend

Heartfelt condolence to the family of a lady I never meet. Only to know this lady through her daughter Samantha did I realize her contributions to life itself as a wife, mother, sister, grandmother and those she touched in memory. To keep the remembrance alive and all she gave in life, Pay It Forward with those same contributions she believed in so dearly.
An emptiness for those left behind, will give way to smoother travels as she now dances with Angels and a watchful eye from her peaceful home in heaven.
God bless. Her family is in my prayers and thoughts at this time of great loss.

March 28, 2009

There is no other peace, than the peace of no more pain of the body, mind, heart and soul. I am so you have found peace at last.

Rest in peace
