My deepest sympathy to Maria and family for your loss. I have considered Orestes to be a great friend and colleague for over 40 years. He was a pillar of this medical community and much beloved by all of his patients. He had the respect and admiration of all the physicians and ancillary medical people he worked with over his long and productive career. He was a wily tennis player who would out hustle and outfox his opponents but afterwards he was very humble in victory. He was always an impeccable dresser and a classy gentleman. He was warm and genuine and truly cared about others. I was privileged to know him and will truly miss him.

My family will always remember Dr. Iung as the sweetest, kindest man, a great doctor, and a fabulous soccer coach. He was always generous with his time when my brothers played soccer under him. I'm sure you know both Larry and David adored him. He was always available to our family, as our doctor and a friend. My heart is heavy for your loss. May our Father ease your suffering by sending his Holy Comforter. Praying for you all and sending our love.

To Mrs Iung and family: I was a patient of Dr Iungs for many years. He always treated me just like a family member and would always ask about my family. When I had to switch dr's because of his ill health I did not know who I was going to see that would treat me the way he treated me. He knew how high strung I was and he always tried to joke with me to calm down. I will miss him deeply and I know my family will too. RIP Dr Iung

Dear Iung Family. I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Iung's passing. Dr Iung was one of the nicest people I ever met. I worked with him for many years at McLaren. He was always smiling and would always hug me and ask how I was doing. I remember running into him and his wife a few time at Ponderosa, where he met my children and husband, so he would always ask how they were doing. He was a great person and also a wonderful caring physician. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers to all of the family.
