Orlando Ramos Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Oct. 20, 2016.
Mr. Orlando Ramos, 37, of Alder Street, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, October 20, 2016 at his home. Mr. Ramos was born November 9, 1979 in Worcester, MA, a son to Orlando Ramos of South Carolina and Claribell Gonzalez of Puerto Rico. Orlando was educated in the Mssachusetts and Waterbury public school system before receiving his GED from Waterbury Adult Education. He worked at various restaurant establishments in the area and was currently employed by T.G.I. Friday's as a waiter, bartender and manager. He was a very artistic individual who loved to draw. "Lando" as he was affectionately called, was a person who thought deeply and would express this through his writings. His handsome looks encouraged him to attend modeling school. Orlando was a dresser who always took pride in his appearance. With his charismatic charm, he warmed the hearts of everyone he came into contact with. His good work ethic was the foundation for his aspirations to own his own business. Orlando loved telling jokes and making people smile. He worried about others more than he worried about himself. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Besides his parents, he is survived by two children, Amaya and Kyran, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by one son, Timothy A. Ramos.
