I still can't believe you're gone...

I will never forget when I first started working for Orville at the Broncos, it was kind of a fluke as to how I started working with him and his team. Never thought I would be part of his team for 7 seasons and finishing his last one with just us two left of the team. He was a leader and mentor.
He was honest and straight to the point.
He taught me lots of little things I didn't even know I was learning until I put the pieces of the puzzle together and would have that aha moment and think, that Orville he knew what he was saying or doing.
When I'd tell him, he would just laugh.
I'm going to miss him very much.

May you rest in peace my friend.

I met Orville at work. I loved working with him. He was very kind and he would make me laugh. Then while talking to him, I found out he had gone to high school with my mom. He told me lots of stories of high school and his life. He was an awesome man and will be greatly missed. Rest in the arms of our Lord Orville.
