Otho Dale Hill

It was 1973 when I first heard of Dale . I was dating Carla she said a boss from the Horseshoe Casino named Dale was teaching her how to deal 21. They also eventually started dating. Carla and I were married 18 yrs. later. Dale lived with us for awhile and helped finance my General Contractor license. After Carla passed in 2020 Dale and would walk around Sunset Park a couple times a week. I really looked forward to his many stories about his life in Vrgas.
