Mr. Otis Junior Giles

Otis Junior Giles was born October 7, 1964 and departed his life on August 17, 2021. He was born to Gladys Smith and Bobby Giles of Benson, NC. Otis was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Smith and his brother, Roger Smith. Otis grew up in Benson, NC and attended South Johnston High School in the 80s. He later met and married the love of his life of 35 years. He attended God's House of Deliverance. He was employed with Quality Stone, Veneer Unicorn Concrete, but continued his love and passion for Truck Driving for 15 years plus until his health started to decline. He loved doing yardwork, handyman work, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was well known for helping anyone. A heart of gold and a vessel of wisdom. To the point if he ask you to do anything, he would always offer to pay you a nickel. Otis leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Lora Ann Giles; one daughter, Iesha Small (Ellis) of Roseboro, NC; four sons, Tony Ward (Alexia) of Benson, NC Jimed Giles (Sabrina) of Four Oaks, NC, Otis Jikeam Giles (Jessica) of Benson, NC, and Jeffery Lane (Ashley) of Smithfield, NC; 19 grandchildren; his father, Bobby Giles (Selena) of Benson, NC; sisters, Brenda Thompson of Four Oaks, NC, Mary Ann Richardson of Erwin, NC, Andrea Smith of Benson, NC, Bobbie Jean Giles of Benson, NC, Beatrice Giles of Benson, NC, Lois Snead (Elwood) of Benson, NC, Natasha Hargrove (Bryant) of Hendersonville, NC, Adrienne Giles of Benson, NC; Brothers, Charles Smith (Mary Ann) of Dunn, NC, Billy Ray Giles (Natasha) of Four Oaks, NC, TJ Adams of Kentucky, Derrick Gathers of Maine; two sisters in law, two brothers in law, and a host of nieces nephews, and friends.
