Otis was one of the most knowledgeable people that I have ever met. He had a wealth of information and could quote statistics on sports figures from 40 years ago. He was amazing. Rest in Peace Otis, you were a wonderful person.

It has been my privlege to know Otis for many years. I enjoyed his warm and jovial manner and welcoming presence. He certainly put up a valiant fight as his health began to fail. I am deeply saddend by the passing of my friend Otis. As a young lawyer he taught me the law and more importantly, how to live. He was truly my friend. He will be missed.

With fond memory of a man who begining some 25 years ago was always most helpful to a young lawyer. He always dispensed expert advice on how to handle matters before the Register of Wills with glad hearted kindness.

Otis was one of the most intelligent men that I've ever met. He amazed me with his historical stories of lawrenceville and anywhere else in the world at our rotary meetings. I will miss him very much.

I'll sadly miss my good friend Otis. He was always there for me, when I needed to know about some issue when I was the Asst. Chief of Police of Pittsburgh. Otis always had time for a pleasent conversation and advise everytime I would see him. He was always very supportive during my time with The Sahara Temple Thunderherd Jr. Drum and Bugle Corps. I'll miss you Odie.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy for the loss your beloved husband. As a former Lawrenceville resident I shall never forget his humor, willingness to help those less fortunate, and above all his devotion to his church and his community.
