I remember Pam from Delta Gamma. We spent a short time together, as I was older and spent her pledge year studying out of State. She was a lovely, vibrant and friendly (to name a few) sorority sister who cared about others and knew how to have fun. How lovely to know that she lived her entire life in this way.
I offer my sincere condolences to all who knew and loved her.

Pamela was about 6 when we moved in a couple of houses away. She enjoyed spending time at our house. When our youngest was born she was a mother hen" to Joe. We enjoyed her company very much. Her and Bill spent some time with us in our boat on the Illinois River. Pamela will always remain in our heart!

My deepest condolences for your loss. Pam is the reason I'm still with HMH and in the position I'm in now. She coached and mentored me, and checked in on me personally. We found commonality in having daughters and she always wanted to know what was going on with me and my girls. Pam was such a strong, intelligent, and compassionate person. May she live forever in your heart and mind...I know she will in mine.

Scott, Ali & Claire,
Brett and I will always remember your mom cheering both of you on at soccer games when you were younger. No matter how busy she was, she would come and cheer! I will always remember her smile, her big heart, and her helping whoever she could. I am so sorry for your great loss.

I got to know Pam through our daughters' volleyball at North HS. She truly is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and when I think of her, the word "Comfort" comes to mind. She's one of those people you just feel good to be around. She always had a kind word to say, would really take the time to listen and give advice or support. I remember being at volleyball tournaments or large school functions, feeling out of place, but once I saw Pam standing there, I would feel instantly better. She always opened her home to the girls and parents, and even tried to help me when I dared re-enter the workforce after being out for 20 years. She was just the most generous, well-meaning and kind person, and that legacy will live on through her beautiful daughters, whom she loved so very much. I pray that all the wonderful memories they share, the strong love of their family, and the healing power of time will give them peace.
