Dad, you will be dearly missed by all of us. You taught me a lot about life and family. I know all my brothers and sisters will say that I was your favorite, but you were still tough on me and I appreciated that about you. You taught us to work hard, and treat everyone with respect and dignity. You and mom did a great job with our kids. Your grandchildren will forever remember you both for all you did for them. You know, I tell people that I never thought that my tough dad would ever say "I love you" to anyone but you surprised me several years back when you started saying "I love you" to all your grandchildren. Your toughness, your discipline, your hard work, and your kind nature will always be with us. Always have been and will be proud to be your son and a PATTAR.

Sad to learn about Bhaji Pargat's demise.He was a God fearing man who dared to leave the security of India in the hope of a better future for his children. By sheer hard work despite his disability and pain, he succeded in settling you all in a comfortable new country by sheer dent and honest hard work.We pray to God to give him a place in Heaven which he deserves. He is a good example to you all as a person for good human qualities, courage to dare and live a spartan life with dignity. we wish him a place in Heaven which he certainly deserves

I couldn't have asked for a more amazing grandfather. Definitely going to miss his presence, but I feel lucky that I got the chance to spend the time with him that I did.
