BRITLAND Passed peacefully away at The Whitworth Hospital on 17th May 2009, Clifford James, aged 86 years, of Matlock. Loving husband of Nora and loving father to Alan, Jill and Mick. Funeral Service at St Giles Church on 'Tuesday 2nd June at 11.00am prior to committal at Chesterfield Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations for St. Giles Church may be sent to Thomas Greatorex and Sons Limited, The Green, Matlock. DE4 3BU. "God saw the road was getting rough, the hill too hard to climb; he gently closed his weary eyes and whispered "Peace be thine."
