Pat Lowery Collins

I was part of a writer's group with Pat over many years. She was a talented writer of fiction and poetry, as well as a fantastic artist. She also had helpful and insightful comments about the stories our group shared with her. I'm so sorry that she's gone; I miss her smile, her courage, her devotion to family and friends. What sad and unexpected news! Pat was a special friend, an amazing writer AND artist AND musician--and so helpful to those of us who were in a writer's group with her. Her posts on aging were insightful and a help to me as I face similar challenges. Her love and devotion for her family always shone through. She will be deeply missed.
