In loving remembrance and with deep sorrow, we celebrate the life of Patty Behr, who peacefully passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 66.
Born on May 13, 1959, Patty lived with a fearless spirit, a warm heart, and a passion for embracing every moment. A beloved mother, sister, and friend, Patty's zest for life was evident in everything she did. Her laughter, loyalty, and strength left a lasting mark on all who knew her.
Patty was the proud mother of Shawna, a dedicated Denver police officer. She is also survived by her brother, Rich Behr, Jr. and his wife, Linda M, of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado; her sister, Lisa Maring and her husband, Mike, of Chittenango, New York; five cherished nieces and nephews; and a wide circle of cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
A true lover of animals, Patty had a special place in her heart for dogs. She found joy and freedom riding motorcycles with friends and always appreciated a good meal shared in the company of those she loved. Her legacy will be carried on in the stories, laughter, and love she leaves behind.
In honor of Patty's life, and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Humane Colorado, formerly Dumb Friends League, located at 2080 S. Quebec Street, Denver, Co. 80231
