Patricia Ann (Grourke) D'Agostino, 68, of Melbourne, FL, formerly Attleboro, MA and Westbrook, CT, died unexpectedly at home on Wednesday July 23, 2025. Patty was born on August 7, 1956, to the late Joseph and Florence (Sullivan) Grourke of Attleboro, MA. She graduated from Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, MA in 1974.

Patty enjoyed creating a wide variety of art and poetry and was a proud, diehard Boston sports fan. In recent years, she called Melbourne, FL home and worked as an office assistant and a Digital Creator, designing and selling her artistries.

Patty is survived by her children, Amy L. (D'Agostino) Czenthe and John A. (aka Tony) D'Agostino III, her grandchildren Kyle and Ayla, and many beloved friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Florence and her brothers Joseph and William.

Patty and I became friends when I moved in across the street from her in Pawtucket, R.I. We've stayed in touch, talking, writing letters, texting, and best of all, video chatting. She was determined to come "home" or up north for a long time. I was so happy when she made it and so was she. I knew her for over 60 years, she was always a Good friend, kind, funny, and very creative . She had a really tough life but she never let it get her down. Patty always looked at the positive. I really really miss her. I just want to pick up the phone and have a visit with her. I love you Patty and I know you are finally at Peace.

Dear Patty, you were a kind and courageous person. You lost so much but were always grateful for what you had in friends and in your heart. I wish you peace.

Patty and I worked together at SNET in Old Saybrook. We hung out in the smoking lounge and had been known to frequent Rankine's in Deep River. We shared a lot of laughs over the years even after she moved to Florida we would chat on the phone or via Facebook. My plans for a trip to see her in 2020 were cut because of Covid 19 and then her trip North I was down with a CRPS flare. We will see each other on the other side with all of our pets. Rest Easy until then Patty.
