Local services have been held. Visitation and Funeral Services will also be held in Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616 (419-698-4301). Visitation will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the same chapel followed by a Graveside Burial Service at Ottawa Hills Cemetery in Toledo, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Alzheimer's Association, 8100 Mountain Road NE, Suite 102, Albuquerque, NM 87110.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
Patty was a classmate at Clay High School
