As difficult as grief can be, our friend Patricia has left us with spiritual ways to sit with it and embrace it. I opened a holistic health center in Canfield in the 90's and one of the most life altering experiences that I took with me when it closed, is the power of drumming, mediation and balance. Patricia introduced those concepts to me and they help me yet today in times when I can't control what is going on around me, remembering that the peace is within me.
