Patricia Hale Eltringham, of Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center at the age of 74.

Born November 2, 1950, in Hazleton, Patricia was a beloved daughter of the late Bill and Rosemary Hale. She was predeceased by her sister Rosemary Hale, "Our Little Lady," and her loving husband, Mickey Murin.

Patricia embraced life with creativity, kindness, and a deep appreciation for the world around her. A true lover of the outdoors, she found peace and joy in camping, fishing, and swimming - always happiest beneath open skies and beside still waters. Her passion for arts and crafts was a natural extension of her spirit. She delighted in self-expression and creation, especially through her favorite fast-drying acrylics, as well as her delicate and whimsical chalk/pastel drawings. Her creativity and gentle nature brought color not only to her artwork but also to the lives of everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her two devoted daughters, Lois Reilly and her husband Joe, and Laura Knoff, husband Stephen R. Patricia was a proud and loving grandmother to 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought light and love to her later years.

She is also survived by her two sisters, Maureen Berger and her husband John, and Michele Haag and her husband Chuck, with whom she shared a lifetime of memories and unbreakable bonds.

Patricia will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Her love, laughter, and artistic legacy will live on in the hearts she touched.

A private family service will be held to honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you take a moment to appreciate the beauty in the world around you-just as Patricia always did.
