There are so many memories of Patricia and her family coming to Texas during the 60’s,70’s and 80’s and our family going to Florida as well. She always welcomed us into her home in Tallahassee. When I started working at the FSU College of Social Work, Pat had already retired. But I would continue to hear about her impact on the College of Social Work and the International Programs within the college. I was also privileged to meet her many times and write a feature on her in 2018 related to her founding International Programs. She is greatly missed and her legacy lives on at the College of Social Work.
