Patricia Lamb Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 17, 2022.
Patricia Wise Lamb passed away peacefully at home April 12th in Sarasota,FL at the age of 94 from natural causes.
Pat is survived by sons; Bill & Helene Lamb of Hackensack, NJ; David and Ginny Lamb of Lakewood Ranch, FL; daughter Patt Lamb and Robin Clark of Sarasota, FL; and Tony and Courtney Lamb, and grandsons William and Jack of Dunwoody, GA. She is predeceased by son Chris Lamb and husband William Lamb.
Patricia Wise was born in Woodcliff Lake, NJ on March 10, 1928 to Henry Morris and Margaret Portley Wise; she had a younger brother Henry Morris Wise. She also had siblings Andrew and Frances Wise.
Pat was a loving mother to all of her children and someone who always gave solid advice and friendship to everyone she met. Pat and Bill loved their years in Hillsdale and Franklin Lakes, NJ before venturing to Fox Chapel, PA and Littleton, CO. Settling back in Mahwah, NJ after retirement, Pat found great solace being closer to her NJ roots and life-long friends. The entire Lamb family loved their summer years in Weekapaug, RI and time at the beach, tennis and croquet courts there.
A life-long Bridge player who achieved Sapphire Life Master status, Pat loved all card games, backgammon and the NY Times Crossword. She remained the foundation of the family after her beloved husband Bill's passing in 1997 and will be missed by everyone who loved her, she would tell us all to buck-up as we grieve her passing.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The All Faiths Food Bank of Sarasota.

Remember Mrs. Lamb from Weekapaug and Fenway Beach. Was always jovial and upbeat. With deepest sympathy at this difficult time.
