Patricia Anne Larsen

Patricia Anne Larsen, lovingly known as Patty, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2025, at the Ronald Reagan Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 61 years old.

Born on March 17, 1964, in Fresno, California, Patty was the cherished daughter of Albert Makely and Erlinda Rodriguez Makely. A 1983 graduate of Hoover High School, she built a life marked by compassion, service, and deep devotion to her family and faith.

Patty dedicated her career to the medical field, where she spent decades helping others with empathy and grace. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her profession and into every corner of her life. As a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Patty held many callings, often teaching and uplifting others with her steadfast belief in service and community.

Patty's greatest joy was her family. Married for 40 beautiful years to her beloved husband, Mark Larsen, the two built a life centered on love, unity, and faith. Together they raised four children-Addison Larsen, Alexandria Richey, Hunter Lyle, and Juliette Larsen-each of whom carries forward her legacy of kindness and strength.

Those who knew Patty will remember her warm smile, daily words of affirmation, and unwavering readiness to lend a helping hand. Her love knew no boundaries, and her impact will be felt for generations.

We all loved her sense of humor and in that spirit we thought it important to note that Patty's favorite tv shows included but were not limited to: Naked and Afraid, Game of Thrones, Seinfeld, or anything with Adam Sandler.

She is preceded in death by her father, Albert Makely,and her brother, Danny. She is survived by her devoted mother, Erlinda Makely ; her loving siblings: Anna McManus, Debbie Baroni, Mike Makely, Cindy Makely, Kathy Comstock and Richard Makely; her husband, Mark; their four children; and her beloved grand-children, Levon, Eponine, Heming and Indiana. Her extended family, friends, and all those she touched with her kindness mourn her loss deeply.

A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 32165 Watergate Road, Westlake Village, California 91361.
