In memory of
Susan (Bies) Pitts
January 5, 2009
Condolences to the Lowenberg Family. My Dad dated Pat while he attended Cretin High School, and I have some pictures of them at prom, or some other Cretin ball. He passed this year as well. My Mom always spoke highly of Pat. The last time she saw her was at a St. Joe's Academy reunion several years ago. Mom and I extend our sympathy.

Suzan - I happened to be checking the obituaries and noticed that your Mom has passed away. Although you and I have lost touch with one another over the years, I would like to extend my sympathy to you and your brother.

You are in my thoughts and prayers. My memory of your mother will always be when I took the Wendy Ward class (against my wishes) and Pat tried so hard to make me feel comfortable. I never was one for fancy makeup and etiquette.
Memories will always keep her close in our hearts

Gary and Suz:
It is difficult to find the words to tell you how I felt about your Mom. We had many a cup of tea at the kitchen table over the years, and she would share stories of Sugar Lake when she and my Mom were young. We'd talk about Widji and music and Jane and Fay. I always felt welcome and at home at your Mom's house. I will miss her. She will always hold a very special place in my heart.

My heart sank when I read about Pat's death. She and my parents, Roy and Marian Svee, were good friends. Pat was gracious, kind, and beautiful. She touched my life in many ways, including the Wendy Ward program so many years ago. Pat was the type of person who made me think, Wow - I want to be like her. She was the consumate woman and she was a treasure. My sincerest sympathies to her family. You can be very proud of the woman she was and the impact she left on all of us.

Gary and Suz-
What can I say other than your mother was my version of Princess Grace. She was class through and through. As a little boy rding my bike over to swing out back and she would than bring me lemonade and cookies I always thought she was the classiest Mom I ever knew. Than as I grew older I definately knew she was a class act! I am so lucky that she was my friend and my mothers friend. After my mom died she was the one who always told me stories about Mary Lee. She was the one person who really helped me keep my mothers memory alive. I am sure that they -Bob Bill Mary Lee and Pat are all together and watching down on us. Thank you so much for sharing your mom with me.
