Patricia Lynch Obituary
Patty was an experienced Electronic Tech at Tektronix, where she poured her dedication and skills into her job.
During her life, Patty cherished her relationships with her her sons Spencer and Zachary Lynch, her daughter-in-law Heather Robinson, Jack, her husband and her extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Rosa Viohl, her brother Gary Viohl, and other beloved family members.
Patty had a passion for Elvis Presley, collecting his music, attending Elvis impersonator shows, and gathering Elvis memorabilia. She also enjoyed camping and sightseeing with her sons, tending to the garden, picking Blueberries and Blue Huckleberries during camping trips at Highrock Springs.
She will be remembered for her special smile that
sparkled in her eyes. Patty's ashes were placed in Depot Bay, Oregon, as per her wishes, by her loved ones.
The funeral home assisting with the arrangements for Patricia Lynch was Tulip Cremation in Portland, Oregon.
Patty's love remains in our hearts and her place is with our Lord.

Early in our marriage Patty and I went to Camp Howard Outdoor School, where I had worked, as a young man. Patty had heard my stories and was interested in seeing the camp and meeting my"Camp Friends". Up to that point, Patty didn't have a "Camp Name". I bestowed a camp name on her, it was "Cygnus". Initially, Patty though I had named her "Sickness" and things "chilled out" until a staff member explained what Cygnus was. (Cygnus is a constellation in the night sky---Cygnus The Swan. )

The first time I saw Patty, was when I was a manager in bldg 48 at Tektronix. Seems our (CRT) department needed to "borrow" an Oscilloscope Technician from building 38. I walked across the street and into that building, to speak with the manager. The first face I saw was Patty's face. For me, the unbelievable happened...I knew that she was "the one". Before then, I never believed in love at first sight, but it was confirmed a year later, when we got married. We were together for a little more than 40 years. Patty had hopes of working at Tektronix for 50 years. Cancer took that hope, but Patty was only shy of the fifty year goal by a few months.
