Pat was a wonderful caring person, she was so like a work mom to me. She embodied everything that was good about being a professional nurse anesthetist. When I had my neck surgery there was no question who I would ask to be my anesthetist, she was the best! She was loved and will be missed..

Pat was a class act; my son Nathaniel Kerr was proud to be her step grandson.

My sincere condolences to you. I had the pleasure of meeting Pat during my tenure in the Anesthesiology Department of Presbyterian Hospital.She was one of the kindest people with whom I encountered. Pat was my mentor while I was in Anesthesia training at Presbyterian Hospital in the early 70s. She worked part time while she was raising her children. My dream was to model my life after Pat.
We shared so many stories over the years. She was so wise and gave me such inspiration.
