Chet had the best laugh! He was always fun to be around. Lots of great memories of the Tville days. A good gentle man and he will be missed. Best to all the family and friends. Our thoughts are with you.

I am so sad to hear of "Chester's" passing. So many great memories from our youth on Tunxis Rd, "the steps", Charles Aunt, T'ville center, Smith Beach etc... too many to write here. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers for the loss of this great guy.
