I learned of Patrick's death sometime ago and just found this. My condolences to his family and friends. My first memory of him as a tall, lanky, Irishman, with a wonderful smile, laughter, and kindness. Straight forward man of great strength. We talked and debated about many issues through the years. He seemed happiest when he would talk about his vacations to his homeland in Ireland. We lost touch for a while but had seen him not long before his passing and surprised as he seemed in such good health. He is missed to this very day. He was called home as he was needed, but I happily envision him walking among the clouds and on the lands of his infamous Irish home, watching over it. I Pray his strength of Soul and Spirit will never wane.
