I always remember how I felt in sitting and talking. Assured me that I would get better and make sure I kept my faith believe in that things would get better for me what a comfort you were to me I´ll always remember you and always feel you in my heart. God bless you in heaven peace, my friend.

His ability to give you hope when you lost hope during a very serious sickness.

Missing Uncle Pat Fazzari this season, and always. But concentrating on good memories shared.

I was fortunate enough to work with dr Fazzari for years as the pharmacist on his pain unit team in mt sinai in Connecticut he was a brilliant man

Dr. Fazzari was such a stand up father, physician, and New Yorker. It was obvious how important his family was to him, especially his daughters. As Cynthia's roommate in college, I received the benefits of his gracious hospitality and welcoming spirit on countless occasions. I feel very fortunate to have been included in a small part of the Fazzari family. My heart goes out to all of you who have lost such a wonderful soul.

So sad and such a shock. We had just renewed our friendship and correspondence after many years at opposite ends of the country. My condolences to all his family. Rob Moseley AMC 67
