My sincerest sympathy and condolences on the passing of Patrick, a true gentlemen and professional. The Folan family has always been top notch in my work association with them as far back as the mid-80's. An incredible family and I am saddened by this loss.

I have so many memories with Mr. Folan as child. He took me boating and did so much with us kids. He was an amazing man and will be missed. My thoughts and condolences to the Folan family.

Patrick was a very intelligent, sincere and humble individual who understood the importance of providing good living wages to his workers as well as good health and pension benefits for working families. We are very grateful and fortunate for his participation as a Trustee on the Union Fringe Benefit Funds and the Apprenticeship Board. The Officers of Local 3 extend their deepest, heartfelt condolences to Debbie, Pat, Aimee and Holly over their loss. God bless Patrick Folan, an all around good guy.
