Family-Placed Death Notice
PATRICK JOSEPH HEINEN December 8, 1958 - February 23, 2004 Patrick Joseph Heinen of Atlanta, died Monday morning February 23, 2004 following complications from a car accident. He was born in Elgin, Illinois, the son of G. Richard and Madonna Heinen, formerly of Gainesville who now reside in Hudson, Florida. Survivors include his daughter, Chelsea, age 12, his brothers, Rick Heinen, Orlando, FL, Michael Heinen, Charlotte, NC, Steve Heinen, Gainesville, GA, John Heinen, Douglas, GA and his sister, Kathy White, Gainesville, GA. A memorial service will be held at the Gainesville First United Methodsit Church. In lieu of flowers a college fund is being established for his daughter Chelsea. Donations can be sent to The Chelsea Heinen Education Trust Fund, c/o Steve Heinen, P.O. Box 1808, Gainesville, Georgia 30503. Little-Davenport Funeral Home, Gainesville, GA 770-534-5201

I hardly know what to say. God Bless you all! Patrick was always such a dear friend of mine. I wish more than anything that I could have helped him. I do know that he now has peace and that is more than any of us can hope for. I pray for you all and if there is ever anything I can do, please let me know. He did so love his family and when he talked about Chelsea you could see and hear the love and excitement. He was always so proud of her. I will miss him.
