Patrick Koons Obituary
He was born in Danville and was the son of Jay and Christine Lotka Koons. Patrick was a graduate of North West School, Class of 2000.
He was employed as a warehouse manager for Ashley Furniture in Wilkes-Barre. Patrick was a kind and caring person and was loved by all. Patrick was also a member of Stillwater Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Basil Balaker and Ernest Koons.
Presently surviving are his parents, Jay and Christine Koons, with whom he resided; brothers, William Koons, Dallas; Matthew Koons, Nanticoke; and James Koons, also of Nanticoke; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Patrick will be conducted by the Rev. James Shanley, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Mountain Top, at the discretion of the family.

Jay, Christine and boys - I was so very sad to hear of Pat's passing. Of your boys - he was the quietest one I remember. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time. Please know that he is with you always - his spirit will never leave you. Just touch your heart.

I am so sorry to hear about Patrick. I have so many memories of our boys growing up together in Cambra. Patrick was always such a kind and funny kid. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
