Mr. McCloskey, the entire McCloskey Family and many other families growing up in our Union Square circle, was a truly integral part of all of childhoods. I always remember Evelyn and Pat as a happy, kind and generous couple, and their children counted amongst my best childhood friends. God bless, Mr. McCloskey, and may the entire McCloskey clan know God's grace, and peace, in the difficult days ahead.

Mr McCloskey was a very special friend of my parents, John & Evelyn McGreevey. We shared many happy times with Pat and Evelyn. I never remember Mr McCloskey without a smile on his face! Great people, happy memories. So sorry for your loss.

Pat How lucky I was (and Bill) to have had your friendship for 60 years. You were there in the best of times like our trips to Fl. Bermuda and most of all Mt. Washington. You were the best friend to Bill when he needed someone the most. You were always “my Buddy” and I will cherish those 60 years. Rest in peace my friend.

Patrick you went and left me to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day without you. Last year we talked about a new shirt I was going buy for you. Like the one I worn. I will think of you this St Patrick’s Day
Evelyn, Jan and family I am so sorry in his passing. I know the pain an sorrow when you had a loved one for 66 years..
He always had a friendly word for me and sometimes a hit with his Irish humor. Always smiling and willing to give you a hand when asked.
You will be missed
Rest in Pease Old Friend
