Patrick Mitchell

Patrick "Mitch" Mitchell, 59, of Cincinnati, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 7th, 2023. Mitch passed away surrounded by loved ones after a battle with a brief illness.

Patrick was known by and answered to many names; "Pat", "Mitch" and "Mr. Mitch", but by whatever name he was called, he always answered with a smile.

Mitch was known for his kind heart and selfless generosity. He enjoyed playing euchre and loved watching sports. His favorite team was the University of Connecticut Huskies basketball team as he was born and raised in Connecticut. He was also an avid Elvis fan and had a vast knowledge of Elvis trivia.

Mitch was employed with Loveland City Schools as a bus driver and student monitor. "Mr. Mitch" always had a big heart for all of the students, but especially for those in need. If he knew a student needed a new pair of shoes or wanted a football, Mr. Mitch would show up with it the next day. Donations in honor of Mr. Mitch can be made to NEST Community Learning Center.

Mitch was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Nadeau; his sister, Laurie Mitchell; his aunt, Mary Cox, and is survived by his brother, Jeffrey Mitchell (Debra); his nieces and nephews Alicia Mitchell, Tanika Mitchell, Justin Mitchell, Robert Watson and Merissa Watson; Lee Brinker, his beloved partner of nearly 30 years; her sons, Vince Brinker, Eric Brinker, and Matt Brinker (Jill), along with many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the Brinker family.

A celebration of life will be held on April 29th, 2023, from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. ET at the Leapin' Lizard Gallery located at 724 Main Street in Covington, Kentucky 41011.
