Patrick POWER

Dear friend Pat was one very interesting person. We enjoyed a friendship at Secretary of State for a number of years. Pat loved to go out for lunch with colleges enjoying a good "italian" meal when possible. We have not seen him for a number of years but still feel it is a big loss. He was one different person in a world of conventions and superficiality. Cheers old friend.
