I first met Pat at Wheeling College. It was my second year there, and one morning as I was walking down my hall to exit the building, I noticed the door was slightly open on a vacant room that was on our hall, as I passed by I looked in and there to my surprise was (at least what I thought) was Paul Prosser sleeping on a bare stiped mattress. I stopped and said, Paul why are you sleeping down here (Paul lived up on "the hill"); well he replied, "Oh I don't know, I just felt like sleeping here. I thought it was odd, but went on about my business. Well later I went down to the Rugby game, and low and behold, there were two identical Prosser's there. I was dumbfounded since Paul had never told me he had a twin brother. Needless to say they both had a HUGE laugh on me. True story; That's how and when I met Pat; We hit it off immediately and would see him again many times at the Prosser 4th of July parties. He and my wife Julie always got along well, and he was always full of energy & fun!

We were very sad to hear of his passing, and he will surely be missed my many who came in contact with him. Always friendly, always had a story to tell....just a great guy!! R.I.P Pat Prosser!!!

Sincerely, Mike (aka Snoid) & Julie

Vale, Patrick J. Prosser...

We first met in 1969, 8 Crazy Conner kids and 6 Country Prosser kids. Our lives were woven together for the next 50 years. As a 10 year-old, I was fascinated by the twins, Pat and Paul, or as a toddler Nancy called them, "Bat and Ball."

Like all Prossers, Pat was brilliant, not only a brilliant mechanic, but a brilliant soul who connected easily with the souls of others. Through grade school at St. John's, high school at LRSHS, many, many years of Fourth of July celebrations on Meadowcliff, Pat was always the one on whom I could count for a lift somewhere in the Green Gremlin, or just a good ear that went with his big heart.

As Conners and Prossers and all those we love cross over, my assurance is deepened that we will all be together again. Holding all of the Prossers in the Light until that great and crazy reunion.

Love from all the Crazy Conners...

Pat was our best man in our wedding, I could not have made a better choice. We were friends almost 50 years. He will be missed. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends.
